INGREDIENTS: Red raspberry leaf, stinging nettle, jasmine, orange peel, and warm spice blend
TEA INSTRUCTIONS: Add 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp of loose leaf tea per 8 oz cup of almost boiling water (212°F). Steepl 10-15 minutes or longer to increase medicinal strength.
