Restless Leg Tea Blend, Loose Leaf

SERVING NOTE: 1 tsp-1TBSP will brew 8-oz. cup. SMALL PKG: 10-20 Servings; LARGE PKG: 40-80 Servings.
INGREDIENTS: Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Comfrey, Alfalfa
INSTRUCTIONS: Add 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp of loose leaf tea per 8 oz cup of almost boiling water (212°F). Steep 10-15 minutes or longer to increase medicinal strength.
