INGREDIENTS: Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Oatstraw, Alfalfa
TEA INSTRUCTIONS: Add 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp of loose leaf tea per 8 oz cup of almost boiling water (212°F). Steep 10-15 minutes or longer to increase medicinal strength.
