The Tissue & Bone (previously called "BF & C") Tincture is used regularly in our home for aches, pains and back problems. My husband takes it every day for his chronic back issue (he has little to no cartilage between some of his lumbar vertebrae). This along with chiropractic care helps him work his physically demanding job. This tincture is also wonderful for restoring strength to the pelvic floor area and helping those with arthritis.
INGREDIENTS: Oak bark, Comfrey leaves, Marshmallow root, Mullein herb, Walnut bark, Gravel root, Wormwood, Lobelia, Skullcap
DOSAGE: Take 1 dropperful 3 times a day orally for aches, pains, general and sever soreness, arthritis, sprains, broken bones, etc.
NOTE: Match with HERBAL IRON TINCTURE for connective tissue strengthening. Match with TISSUE & BONE SALVE for a topical aid.
